boost = cool. more = better. these are laws of cars not to be spoken against. if euthanasia says they will hold at 25 then i will run at 25... or slightly more

meth, boost is a sacred cow. there is no such thing as bad amounts of boost. its just a question of did you or didnt you wear your ********* today? if you did, you pulley down and spin that bitch.

let em hang and dangle is my motto. Vented oil cap in route. 2.6 pulley in route. 11's all day in route. Next thing may have to be a roll cage or ill get kicked off the track

The short block is still on the stand. Won't be built at least for another month, month and a half.

Jr has the Twinscrew mounted on it... soon as he's finished, he's taking it to get tanked and rotating assembly to be balanced.

The lobster thing has me lost. But yeah z, your right, i cant imagine they would be pissed about that 10 years later. though im gonna be embarassed to be one of the fwd guys running high 13s i used to laugh my ***** off at. we used to go up just to watch them blow up. we lived for the sound of hondas barfing motor parts all over the track. not sure its gonna be possible to get lil blue into the 10s without some serious **** going down. I miss that 70 chevelle though, she tried to kill me every time i got in her. running the number was one of the best days of my life. a small victory in the big scheme of things but i was just so proud of her. I didnt have much cash but what i had went into her. when i was done she weighted 700 pounds more than she did at the track that day but she looked beautiful. it was the paint scheme you always see on t shirts, black with the white ss stripes and the cowl induction hood, brand new chrome everywhere. Interior was a little shitty. she was a rat when i bought her and i gutted her to get her weight down so when i went to get her looking decent again i bought a okay interior out of a 6 cylinder malibu that had rotted all to ****. Never did make her safe though, she was still a wild bitch when i had to sell her. one of the worst days of my life. sold to a guy who didnt even want to sit in her. i had to drive her onto the flatbed myself.

i would have never sold her to a dick like that. This was my first fwd platform as well always raced camaros back in the day. When i run at the track now all the V8 guys look at me and laugh till they see me run. When i first showed up on slicks they were all like lol what you gona run a 15. When i started eating their corvettes and newe 5.0's all day long they changed their tune to oh dam whatcha got in that thing lol. Then im like yep still gets 30mpg too

your cobalt would have destroyed any of my cars on a road course. it wasnt until i bought a trans am that i got hooked on being able to handle and go fast. I wish i had a choice on selling the chevelle but i didnt. i put it up for sale for one thousand more than everything i had into it. i got a call the next day. that afternoon he showed up in an excalade with a flatbed behind him. signed the check had me load the car up and drove away. he said he hated that kind of car, he just bought them in the winter from down on their luck guys to resell in the spring. he just wanted to flip it. awful day.

So confused by the lobster >.< its never a big deal in Mass, theres three places to get lobster within 15 minutes of where im sitting. I wouldnt mind getting another 10 second chevelle though. i think this time ill go lightly boosted big block with fuel injection. im thinking 73 454 ss with the laguna nose. all black... see if i cant find a nasty race built 700r4, you know, so she wont mind the highway. i know most people dont like the look of the 73-74 but i do

The 1900?

I ran a 2.5 ring back when i tested the 1320 around 27~28 psi.

Gains were negligible, too much heat.

Drop the pr as much as possible, rev the **** out of it.

Don't just slap on a 2.5" and think everything will be dandy.
