Went back to stock exhaust.

like the title says, i replaced my magnaflow muffler with the stocker again...i can finally hear my SC again!...and for some reason, it feels like it has more torque and more responsive ... YaY for me

larger exhausts have the potential to give larger hp gains but have the potential to make you lose low end torque.

ya, i've heard that before...but wow what a difference...and to think that i forgot about the torque lol....especially now that i have a 2.9 and 60 lb injectors

only problem is, it usually puts that torque back in a place where you cant really use it

ha... indeed...i wanted to open it up wen coming home...only problem is, we're having **** weather down in toronto right now, so i couldnt ...you know how the canadian weather can be, eh an0malous? lol

ss/sc's have stock diameter of 2.5 i believe

narrows to 2.25 in places


yeah i feel ya on the weather.
its actually gonna get to +2 today here, and holy **** its gonna feel like a heatwave.

alberta has had 3 weeks in the deepfreeze, mostly -20 to -40

holy ****...we're getting the -10 weather right now... the past two days have had a windchill of close to -30 ...terrible

I meant how big was the magnaflow? these cars shouldn't really go past 2.5 maybe 2.75..

no no...it was a 2.5 ... ungodly obnoxious...it did its job though- it really "muffled" my supercharger whine

im on the gm sport exhaust this should be fine up to 350hp before it becomes a limiting factor and I don't plan on going higher than that
