Yeah it does. Keep in mind your future plans though as far as horsepower. In other words, if you plan on doing a lot of upgrades and trying to get over 300hp you may want to save a little more and go with a full 3" cat-back as well rather than changing your exhaust setup multiple times which may cost you more in the long run. Just a suggestion though. I tried the Meghan Racing exhaust and it attracted way too much attention from the cops. Louder is not always better. I'm much happier with a full Hahn's Racing exhaust setup (header, DP, and cat-back).

i had the GMPP Performance exhaust on my old lsj, i loved it. sounded good, was only raspy when I put on the Cobalt-addiction hi-flo cat

OP, I just took my weld in Magnaflow off. I decided to go with the GMPP, but mainly cause its lighter, and I got a hell of a deal on it. I still have the muffler if you want it. Its an offset muffler, stainless, 2.5" inlet and outlet. It sounded amazing, and honestly it was a waste of money buying the cat-back, but whatever. I've got plenty of sound clips if you want to hear it. PM me if you want the muffler. I'll let it go for cheap. Got about 6k miles on it.
