Thats a big habit.

I have a 3gph and a 6gph.

I plan to install the 3ph and use the washer tank as my fill. Probably a 50/50 mix

I run 14gph on my TVS set up. The only bad part about running lots of meth. If it stops working it's game over faster than you know it.

Riceburner, I have some suggestions for your setup. If you are running the pump outside, seal up the wiring where it comes out the bottom. Water ingress kills many pumps.

Second, the vent is a good idea, but you could also use a check valve. I bought a cheap HHO check valve and a 1/8"NPT male to hose bard fiting and attached them via hose to the top of my tank, as the cheap square washer fluid bottle I was using as my tank would drip out if it got too full.

Next, is anyone running any kind of failsafe? The kit I am using has a way to activate a failsafe, but it seems that most put a relay and resistor on the IAT2. I was wondering if wiring into the boost bypass valve would work. It has a resistor that should prevent throwing a code.

Its on the Devils own website. Just need a washer to install in the pressure regulator on top of the pump. If I was at the computer I could probably define it better with pics. Have you had the top of the pump apart? You're just shimming a plastic piece connected to a spring.

I have a checkvalve between the pump and the nozzle. I think my pump or boost controller failed because one day it straight up started injecting while i wasnt in boost so i bought a new setup to install this winter.

This time i got a floater so i dont have to worry about the levels, and plan to isolate the pump better probly in the bay somewhere.

As for the failsafe it depends how you are tuned for meth. If it is a tune that depends on meth as a fuel source then id have it switched according to the pedal position and afr. Otherwise yeah iat2 would be a good one. As of now i got no failsafe
Thanks for the tips

I was referring to a check valve on the tank to reduce vacuum in the tank.

I was planning on getting tuned for the water method, just need to decide which kit, where the nozzle will go (hoping to find a place after the IC), and how to hook up the failsafe ( hoping interrupting the bpv will work)

If you have an IRL this works. Putting the cobalt washer tank in the passenger side of the compartment.
I have been working with Richard at Aquamist to figure out the failsafe, have a TB spacer on the dresser, and 20ish gallons of meth.

Did the cobalt tank require any special parts for installation? I haven't seen how it is installed in the cobalt up close, so I have no way of knowing what bolts screws, etc are going to be needed.

Bringing this back from the dead, as I need to know where people are tapping the MAP sensor. 2005 Redline if it matters.

Map sensor has 4 wires going into it. You want to tap into the grey one. It is wire #4 and should be on the right side.

Thanks Blairwolf. Would that be wire number 5 of the C2 connector?

I tapped mine right at the map sensor. But that looks like the right wire from the diagram.

It's tight in that area. Hoping to run that wire with the second stage solenoid near the TB.
