We've been selling a lot of downpipes. I'm just curious if everyone has the noise or not? We did have a few shipped out with double braided flex that failed and we had to replace them. I'm wondering if people with problems have those??

A few weeks ago we switched to interlock flex pieces and I believe the pipes are quieter. Anyone running them care to chime in?

Mine is louder, but it's not terrible and I don't mind. My exhaust was already loud.

Considering my 3 inch exhaust leaked with my stock cat pipe it's an improvement.

Will you be RMA'ing the pipes that are making this noise or sending out replacement weldable flex sections?

We will replace the entire downpipe for anyone with a failed flex section.

what type of noise are the car's with issues making? Anyone with a pipe purchased in the last month making noise?

if cost is an issue, no cat. otherwise get the cat. despite everyone's complains, you wont notice a difference in preformance, just sound. However, with a cat and those huge 3" pipes you might actually be helping your low-end toque by keeping it.

thing to keep in mind, no-one ever complains about having a free-flowing exhaust that isnt loud enough...

Just got my ZZP header/downpipE installed, and no whine or whistling noise? Does sound great with the GMMP Performance exhaust though!

The only differences are in size and cat. Mine is a 2.5 with no cat. Still no whistling noise or wishing noise. It sounds great though, and I have a cel light because I lack a cat.
