i'm confused by your piping...are you not running an intercooler or is it just not in there yet?

correct...i have an intercooler but its not installed yet...need some more piping

how does it run with out bein tuned so far?

and im not sure the clear image tune can help you right now till they get done doin a tune on sw4y's car. he's the one they gonna learn how to tune the 2.2 balts for the turbo setup.

 

well i didnt throw any cels on the way home....that was like a 10 mile drive...i didnt push her to hard....i have her set on low boost....but i did drive at 45mph most of the way.....she sounds so nice....man i love the spool......i cant wait to driver her to work 2morrow...loll

last i heard the tuning is out already. but i guess ill check on that....well i aint worried about it too much....they have a month to get it right....cuz thats when im going to get in touch with them..

 

well good luck with it man. i've basically givin up on goin turbo on my auto cuz i dont want to run a aem or stand alone so im just gonna start bottle feedin my baby lol. im orderin the kit for it tomorrow.

well it could be out already but i thought they was still waitin on a test car for a turbo tune. either way in the time you waitin on it they should have it done if not already.

yea if you look at my future mods in my sig...yes those rims are goin to be gone soon...they weigh like 3 tons each so i need to get rid of them....im going to get me some adr model flite 4's real soon

i havent spent more than 1800 total....and the shop i was at only charged me 15 bucks for 2 days which included one over nite....a friend and i did all the work....im still not done...i have a turbo timer thats goin in soon as well as a wideband....the wideband i built myself....its going to be almost like plug and play....quick disconnect and everything...and my turbo timer is an apexi....which is also capable of using my wideband to read my a/f ratio....so there i killed 2 birds with one stone....lol....but thats going to happen in the near future

and i still need to get an exhaust....im still running the stock exhaust...so im not completely done yet....still need some work but its looking and sounding real good

i would love to take my car out there but im going out there on a 3 week detachment.....they are busing us out there.....well im flying there and then busing back to cali........its all good.....hopefully ill come back with at least $800. plus our tax rebate of 1200 and the basic pay....man im going to be balling

i think ill get me some new wheels and a new suspension by next month....lol

 

nice setup, how much boost you running on that thing, i though for sure it would hit limp mod seconds after it spools, i am in the middle of my build right now, currently only have the turbo, the ic, all the lines, all the fittings, and most of the knoledge on how everything will go, how i will roite it all, my build will be done the minute my stimulus check arrives

yes that is correct no tuning right now...but i am running low boost....mayb 1 pound if that...but im going to turn her up to about 3 or 4 once i get an exhaust on there cuz my stock exhaust did not fit back on....so i need to get me a custom made one....should be fun....ill keep you guys posted on that

the dam traction controls hits everytime i hit the gas a lil hard.....but im sure tuning will help that...other than that...yes i feel the pull.....its nice...cant wait to turn her up a lil

well i installed my wideband and turbo timer yesterday...and im not running lean at all....i see consistent 14.5~14.7....mayb cuz im running such low boost....

When you run turbo you need to be 11.5-12 at full open throttle.

 

actually that is lean, usually you'll run around there at an idle only(if tuned right)
