So this, http://www.crateenginedepot.com/stor...P1381C146.aspx does fit w/out a problem, besides have to order all the other thing like the reseal kit, bolts and stuff or can you re-use everything from old mani. I am really wanting to get the Performance exhaust and if this Extruded Honed Mani works on the l61 fine than I mind aswell get it too.

Correct.< you can reuse the bolts but i would recommend getting a new gasket.

Yea, that is what I figured on that part lol. Now I just need bling haha, to get everything, cause to get the mani and no exhaust system would suck cause I would have to go back under that.

Hey I was just reading something in the Drivetrain section. Apparently GM switched the 07 Cobalts(L61) over to LSJ header. I don't know if that includes those of us plagued with SAI or not, I'm one of the diseased so I'm going to the dealership tonight to check on part numbers for a 2.0Header and a 2.2 Header w/ SAI

Under the engine section I suggest you add the following:

Pistons
Rods
Valve Springs
Supercharger and Throttle Body with Intake Manifold (tunning needed)
Drive Belt
Fuel Rail (with or without injectors) *not positive on this one*

Yes. You can remove it from the fender if you remove your wheel and pull the fenderwall out, it's held in with 2 screws. Add's a lot of noise to accelleration after its out.

It sounds great after it's out. Very deep just like an intake. BTW try a search after this post man. This topic has been covered and I know there is a how-to for it somewhere also. Not to mention this is off-topic for this thread.

YellowLT

Please add 2 Bar map sensor to the list also. It works on our cars.

Can't provide it personally, however you should check with YellowShowBalt and misfitcobalt. They are both running it on their SC'd 2.2s

To Turn a 2.0 to a 2.2, All you need is the Crank, Rods, and Pistons.
