installed header now coolant leaks?
If that crossover pipe is touching the header that you installed chances are you did the same thing I did. The pipe has been pushed down and the header must be ground down enough to clear it. And since it has been pushed down it will need to be resealed. Just out of curiosity are you an 06?
So GM did do something stupid... I'm an 06 a I have had problems with the exhaust mani and the down-pipe specs being completely different from all other cobalts.

Same is true with the exhaust manifolds. I cant think of any reason they changed it... and then changed it back.

my hahn turbo mani went on fine but when tightened down the whole way pushed on the coolant pipe causing it to leak from the seals so i ground down the header a good bit and it still did not work so I had to take off the coolant pipe heat it up and hammer it down some then re install.
had no problems since : )
