Got my Trifecta cable in...just finished flashing my E47 tune.

I need to fill up with some E85, put 200 more miles on the car, change the oil and then its time to beat on it!

 

Just passed 500 miles on the build. Break in is officially over and I'm glad.

Made my first WOT pull today and it wasn't what I was expecting! Punched it from about 30 in 2nd gear and the motor shot up to about 5K before I started moving. My clutch hates the 2.7 pulley

It moves out nicely if you pedal into it though. Just need to get a log over to Vince so he can start dialing this thing in.

Glad your making progress man. Hey at least its the clutch and not the motor now. That's an easy fix

 

yeah, the only problem is I'm broke lol but I expected to have to replace the clutch at some point.

Has anyone had problems getting the Trifecta EZ Flash datalogger to work? Everytime I hit the START button to begin data logging the program force closes. Not sure what the problem is as I'm able to load the tune without any issue.

 

Did you try uploaded his updated ezflash? Its prob changed since you last used Trifecta

 

wait a bit until start the log.
u may not connected. there is a delay even u can start the log.

 

what is your version: EZ Flash 1.5.50.0

Yes I have that version and the drivers for the red cable

It says its connected prior to hitting the START button in the program. How long should I wait until after it says its connected to hit the button?

 

''start'' goes from gray to black but do not rush your logging

waiting few secondes like 10 sec. or so

after reflashing, do you get a passlock light on

I've tried what you did in the video and the program still crashes. Vince is going to have to look at it when hes back in the office tomorrow

 

this red cable give me hard time and give him hard time too

he ll make it work for you.

red cable: mordor
black cable: Gondor
taxtic cable : middle earth

over 90 reflash and 500 logs my favorite is the Gondor cable

 

so Vince can't recreate my problem so looks like I'm on my own there. I think there is something wrong with his app because I can use every other function BUT the datalogger just fine.

i'm just going to use a 3rd party datalogger. I tried out ScanXL last night but does anyone have any recommendations?

mordor cable doesnt work well on hucker
you should send it back and ask for tactik cable

On mine as soon as I hit start button on the datalogger the program crashes so try that

 

no problems. i ran it and saved it. scanned for codes too. we will see when i put the 2.8 on and get it tuned
