to bolt the intake manifold to the engine you need
m6x1.0 75mm x2
and the other stock ones will work with washer to help make up for them beig longer than needed
to bolt the alternator on
m8x1.25 130mm x3
i messed up and got m8x1.25 75mm for the intake manifold, turns out i needed m6x1.0 x_x

It's the same threading as the throttle body bolts, just in 75mm lenght

Losses:
K20a3 civic x2

I don't know that an LS4 TB would be necessary but I wouldn't have thrown the stock pulley on there in the first place. Even stock pulley LSJs are slow...
note to self, take it through all gears while tuning

Hey don't u have access to the bolt sizes for everything at the dealership? I know at my local dealership they can tell me the bolt sizes for virtually any part for my car

I think he's saying that those bolts are the same size as whatever they are for the TB, only a diff length. But if you don't know the size of the TB bolts you're screwed

So I asked him what he used. He said.

m6x1.0 75mm x2

So I was simply asking if he took out the M6 studs that are in there now and changed them over to bolts for the intake. By looking at my intake, I cannot see anywhere else where two 75mm bolts would go.
I'm basically trying to figure out... do I need to drill and tap for the M8 bolts, do I not need to worry about bolts and can use my current studs, or can I simply use the two m6x1.0.x75's.
