Need a torque spec
I need the torque value for the timing chain tensioner ***embly on the L61. The build book has a torque valve of about 80 in/lbs for the tensioner bolts, which is a little confusing because the tensioner has no bolts, it is by itself a large screw. Also, does it require locktite? Thanks.

That torque spec is for the balance shaft tensioner bolts.
The Timing chain tensioner you speak of is tightened to 55 lb/ft as shown in SI. It doesn't say anything about sealents. There -is- a procedure using a few J-tools to compress and lock the tensioner in an inactive state before installing it. I don't know how necessary it is.
