Running Hot

Hey guys, quick question... my coolant temp is normally between 182-192 or so, and today while driving it was fluctuating between 194 and back... at one point it was at 200... is this something to worry about?

I wouldn't worry until it gets over 210... these things run on the warm side... I think the thermostat dosen't even kick on until 192...

Mine will get to 225 in the summer then the fans will kick on, like someone else on here said these are made to withstand more heat without causing failure. Anything above 230 is geting too high

i thought the same thine.it would sometimes run at 225 i brought to the dealer and they said it dosent kick on till 225 and that the fans were running fine. try taking the enigne cover off that keeps some heat in.

I've had mine go to around 200 before.... but then the fans kicked in and it slowly started to drop!
