After driving 2 hours at various Rpm's yesterday + driving at a steady 2000 rpm's for another hour today to work the car finally does not die completely at idle. At least it's safe for a couple of days until I get my GT Tuner.

there is a balance shaft delete kit that is sold however it has not been proven that a motor can survive long term without them. they're typically only removed in a race engine

kinda OT but isnt removing a the balance shaft a pretty common mod on SRT-4's. i know its a different engine and all but i thought it was pretty common with those. i might be thinking of something else though.
