Thoughts on the ZZP catback
Well, I went to ZZP and had them look at my issues. They trimmed about an inch of the s-pipe to get it fitted closer to the body. Today I noticed I'm still getting some body contact in the other area when I go over bumps at road speed. They suggested I replace my hangers which I'll do this weekend. Hopefully that fixes the rattling. On another note, this exhaust sounds great!

Yeh I just went to the parts store and picked up some new hangars, im still getting some contact above the heat shield even though I went ahead and cut the back half of the heat shield off. lol I dont have the issues with body contact that you do though, its close, but the S tube on mine seems to be bent slightly differently.
new exhaust hangers seemed to work. I ground down part of the hanger bracket that was making contact during bumpy roads, added a rubber bumper to prevent the pipe from hitting metal and fastened an old rubber hanger between the muffler side and body side metal hangers to further prevent any metal to metal contact. I've got it adjusted as good as its going to get. The s-pipe is sitting close up to the body now and (fingers-crossed) no more rattling. The only thing that I'm still not liking is the exhaust tip is sitting a little low. I'll live with it for now, I suppose.
