You should try it in reality. I had some crazy moments with my bike.

I asked two companies on carparts.com if they would ship to Germany.
Hope they do it.

Proven sounds better for me. So I know it may work the way you said.

Yes we german know this word and use it more than the german word.

I don`t understand why? Today this is no problem. I bought so many things from the US. Alpine F1 Status and a special screen for home cinemas, glasses an filters for passive 3D with two projektors and so on.

That is on the opposite side of the country from me, so shipping it twice that far will not be cheap.

Look in the region that includes states like, MI, OH, IN.

That should save you some shipping money to get the part to me. I will PM you my info.

I remember when I used to waste money on 2.2 mods... Spent over 2k on bolt ons and a tune and made 150whp woo hoo. Couldve spent less than $1500 from the get-go and been around 220-240whp with a m62 kit

$2000 in bolt ons and tune for my HHR and make around 330whp...yup later!

I wholeheartedly agree with this. Modding my NA has been a learning process. Heck now I know how to tune. Worth the expense to me, but then again I only spent like $800 on all my mods.

Experience is well worth its weight in gold. Better to tear into a car like these that is relatively cheap before you go buy something badass and do some hardcore mods that will cost two or three times as much. Also helps you learn how to double check other peoples work if you have it done on your car

Ya I get it but when a 40 year old women in a 20 year old Volvo destroys you at a light and laughs.... I just hated where I was like 18 months later, couldn't keep up with any local cars on cruises or anything it sucked.

I only want to have this car for fun on a race track andgoing on holiday. I have another identic car for cruising and some others. I love it when an na engine runs up to very high revs.
Another reason is that a friend and me developped a little "thing" that raises torque and makes the burning process 25-35% more effective. You do not need fuel for cooling. At full speed you can drive with more than lambda 1.
I tested it on an older GM 6cyl. engine. It was amazing, but an idiot crashed this car.
Now we have another newer stage of this thing and it has to be tested. That is why I have another identic car. So a comparison is easy for me.

And a l61 motor normally is a sleeping bag and I want to change this.
Ofcourse I could change this engine and put an older z20let into it. The costs are the same. But this is what they all do in Germany. I want to have this na.

You can get away with greater than lambda but it is technically illegal in the United States. GM has lean cruise on the Holden V8 in Australia but the US did not allow that system here due to increased emissions.

We get the same gas at the exhaust without a cat compared to normal cars. Even a diesel motor is cleaner. Most have a chip tuning on their turbo diesel and if they open the throttle you have a black smoke. This is no longer using this thing.
And i`m from Germany. The police is not very interested in such things. They have to do enough with the men coming from Africa to us.

that last line just made me about fall out of the chair. It's good to hear the police there don't care to much, most states here don't care either, just the EPA

Just seeing this,

The Z22SE's (= L61) are tuned regurarly in Europe. With US or European parts... Check Z22SE.co.uk or in the various Opel Speedster forums, as that engine was in the base model.

It's very often supercharged or equipped with a turbo to reach around 400HP on forged pistons, as the head design simply is not very suited for High NA power builds

ps; check OBDTuner.com for a Dutch Z22SE ecu reflash that makes it self-programmable.

Why is the head design not for high revs?

In dragster they rech over 10000rpm (for a short time).
