aboslute garbage, dont waste your money. 2.5psi is nothing, especially since you can only run it for like 5 seconds!!!. These have been out for a while. You cant run them all that long and I believe it works by turning on under WOT but only for that short period of time. not to mention its plastic.. could you imagine if you hot wired it or it became defective and the thing ran for longer than it was intended???? The fan shatters or snaps off and gets sucked into your engine.

There was a real electric supercharger that was made to run a Eaton blower that I remeber awhile back. It was pretty cool except you needed like 600Ibs worth of batteries to keep it running, and they'd be sitting in your trunk. Bye bye suspension and handling.

If you dont believe me, read what they said about it right here, and tell me you aren't laughing histerically....

The Ultimate Electric Super Charger is 3-in-1 unit that will give your vehicle an increase of 50-75 horsepower. This device was specially made to fit almost every make and model. The technology behind the SC-902 is where we stand apart. Our engineers have been able to create a product that sends over 2psi of forced air into your engine. This forced air gives you massive horsepower increases by allowing your engine to mix more air and fuel. This patented technology will give your vehicle unbelievable power.

^^ Are you kidding me? I didnt even see that!!! lol!! how is that going to help?! Talk about restricting airflow. this is no better than the Tornado gimmick. No I take that back this is worse!

They did say it will fit on almost any car, but what about all the cars that have a flange style mount on the MAP/MAF sensor to the airbox? a.k.a. The Nissan Sentra.
Or even the cars that have a sensor that requires a hole in the tube to pop it in place. a.k.a the late style tiburons.

well if you think about it.. how is spiraling air gonna increase the airs velocity, and this could only happen if the thing were placed inside a completely smooth surfaced, void of imperfections air intake tube. But they put it in a acordian style air inlet tube were the surface changes every half inch or so to break up the air flow. How did they prove it? I wanna see the exact science behind how it works, not see a visual rendering where they can make it work... To me its something thats blocks airflow thats how I see it. not to mention before it makes it to the cylinders, it's spiral is gonna break at the throttle body and intake manifold.

If air velocity is really increased then it has to slow down for combustion by the engine, i mean its not a turbo or a supercharger that forces air to increase velocity, and can't back track or slow for combustion because more air is being forced in behind it.

It's a gimmick, and alot of people bought into it. Anyone not car savy enough will buy something and not be familiar with it just because there is a tv commercial about it.

One more funny and then im done on the subject, lol. read this.

So by adding more air, and using the same amount of fuel your gaining what? massive horsepower increases. That needs to be replaced with "an engine that won't see past 80,000 miles due to lean mixtures and detonations"
