ZZP LT Header: Code P0133, and P1133

After putting the Header on, I am throwing these two codes. Upstream O2 sensor. Not sure where to start. It could be many things at this point. Bad O2 sensor, location of where the O2 sensor is now, direction of O2 sensor now, or extension adapter supplied by ZZP is not giving signal from the ECU to the O2 sensor.

Not sure how the O2 sensor can read opposite flow like this.

Now maven and I have it on our 2.2's. I PM'd him. But he gets on once in a blue moon. In his LT Header thread he said he was throwing codes, but did not say which ones. It is very annoying, between 2K-2.5K rpms the car is extremely hesitant to move. Could be a leak. But it will also have a smooth idle, to almost want to die idle, and then back to smooth idle. Or our 2.2's don't like LT style headers.

Did it always throw codes? Did you modify the extension properly to work with the 2.2 sensor?

the codes youre throwing are for the first O2 sensor, if you have installed after the cat in the position in your picture thats the problem, it belongs in the first position. Ive only ever thrown P013A and P013E, rarely and they are 2nd O2 sensor codes, but I am tuned now so they dont come on ant more either.

I can double check, but i am sure that the O2 sensor from the stock downpipe i put it back into the ZZP downpipe, and the other O2 sensor back into the merge collector at top.
