Vince said the throttle body might be bad but i don't see how it could be. It worked fine before I put the turbo on. I'm using the stock throttle body.

I had tape over it the whole time so nothing would fall down there. I think it's either the throttle body or the ecm is fried.

I already tried a brand new throttle body and that didn't even work... Thanks for the offer though... The problem is the ecm isn't telling the throttle body what to do for some reason. I put a brand new pcm and the guy flashed the vin # and he can't even control the throttle body with the tech II...

I don't get it, why so many issues ?

I always hear how "GOOD" Vince is.

I am not saying Vince isn't "good", it's not his fault. Even he's stumped at this. It's just my luck that something would go wrong.

GOOD NEWS!!! I got it running. The whole time it was the wire we used to power the little pump for the liquid to air intercooler. We put a terminal into a slot in the fuse box in the engine bay and for some reason it was messing with the circuit and wouldn't allow the throttle body to go to the idle position. Now i'm trying to find a different place to power the pump.

I think I need a bigger wastegate or I need a open dump, I see 21psi in 2nd and then in 3rd it goes from 17 to ~15. I dont have a boost controller, just a 15 psi spring. any ideas? It drives just fine though other than more boost in 2nd than id like.

Bigger wastegate would likely help. What are you running now?? Its obviously not opening/not flowing high enough.

Welllllllll that should be big enough. Thats what I was running on my 5557. You are running no boost controller? Right?? So thats out... Is it just a spike to 21 psi, or does it hold for a bit??
