difference in sound?
im wanting to get a twin loop muffler for my 2.2
there are 2 different ones im looking at on ebay
this one:
2005 Chevy Cobalt Twin Loop Muffler - YouTube

or this one:

Was wondering if the shape of the second one would make it more raspier and less deep than the larger first one

i think after a few thousand km it will sound like anyother muffler are you looking for sumthing quiet then go with the one you can put the silencer in i used to have a fart can with a silencer and i was quiet enough for me
VERY SURPRISED at how this sounds, ive heard several hondas with twin loops that sound like garbage! this is one of the best sounding stand alone muffler setups ive heard on a 2.2! very nice man, if tsudo on ebay wasnt $150 id jump on it.....BUT still considering alternative options because i am worried about the mid pipe being low and me being dropped.

exhaust shops around here in MA have become very strick with exhaust work and have raised prices, that 15 minute job turns into 45 min-hr with moving the car in and out checking everything blah blah, and will end up costing $75-$100. Now why buy a cheap $150-$250 exhaust that needs $100 worth of work? thats my problem.
