what parts from the 2.4 LE5 and ss will fit on my 09 2.2 LAP?

I BELIEVE there is no reason to swap the intake manifold and TB on the 2009.

I THOUGHT that it was the same size as a 2.4, but it is a different style. Meaning you cannot swap.

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

thats what i heard but i was just checkin, ia there anything else off of the other stock cobalts that i can put on mine to increase performance, i also heard i can put a ss/sc header and down pipe on

you can but if u have sai, you would need to modify the header....check out gene gulleys build guide for example

as far as tb, not sure...it would fit but may require a eight piin connector....i know thats the way it is for lsj's

i jsut checked and i dont see that port looking thing on my manifold, i heard only the xfe has the sai

it wouldnt be in manifold its on the intake. Its a small tube on the top of the airbox

my xfe doesnt have sai. you can swap the manifolds and tb, but not worth it we have a 2.4 mani now just the 08 style. pre 07 will give you 1-2 hp at best. lsj manifold and dp will work. lnf turbo kit will work(i have the lsj header/dp on now) and the lnf turbo kit is going on soon. just a few small things to buy before i install.

I have an XFE, no SAI.

Yes, it would give the LAP a little bit of power doing the manifold and TB swap, just not as nearly as much as it would for an 2008 and earlier, because ours are shittier.
