Yeah, I'm not entirely sure why boost is so low. I managed to get almost 7psi in 2nd around 5800 rpm. But as for just spirited driving, I hardly see over 5.
What I see on my gauge is this, I'll shift from first to second, then go 50-60% throttle, boost will spike to 5 psi, then drop to around 2-3 psi, then slowly roll into 5 again. Nothing over 5 though. I'm not sure what's up.

What sensor is this? I've been working on my car all day, just got the intake manifold on and haven't done any of the wiring. Kinda hoping its not something I need to go find/buy...
EDIT: This is the 2.5 Bar Map right? Do I need both, the one on the supercharger AND on the manifold? Or can I just use 1? This has me confused.

Is your clutch slipping? Glad you found the o2 out. Double check your connections. Although the boost numbers are puzzling. What are your wot afr's?

I should figure out how to log afr and post up for everyone to see. As for clutch slip, I haven't noticed any yet anyway

Okay awesome. Thanks for the replies guys. I just gotta get some heat shrink and I'll be good to go! Does anyone know if they make a plug for the top of the supercharger so that port isn't open? If not I guess I could make one. I guess I can start my wiring today after I find the write up for the MAF wire into the 2.5. Maybe Beck explains it in his build... lol
EDIT: okay the wiring is in his build but the diagram doesn't make any sense to me at all. How is the MAF/MAP wiring done? It doesn't say which colors to cut or where to splice them into...
EDIT EDIT: I'm dumb, kinda hard to understand when you don't have the MAP pigtail. LOL Sorry. -_-

Sweet, there's a Lowe's like 3 miles from me. Its where I buy all my plastidip! :P But since I realized I didn't have a pigtail, I already bought one. Not I just gotta figure out where to get some studs for the two middle holes in the intake manifold. I was thinking about just buying the correct size threaded rod and getting 2 lock nuts.

Here's the thing with tuning off a O2- it's just stupid. Sure that graph shows what one individual sensor MIGHT give off at certain AFR's but literally every O2 is different, like 50mV different. They are called narrowbands for a reason, they can give rich or lean, that is all. Trying to get any other data besides that is just guessing as the transfer function just isn't correct anymore.

what do you mean 2 middle holes in the intake manifold?

the other five bolts need to be M6 x 1.0 x 25 mm.
those bolts are for the alternator.

Thanks! And I'm gonna go pick up some of those caps from lowes in a few! I just need those 2 long bolts to finish attaching the intake manifold so I can get the supercharger mounted.

get some strong washers as well.
make sure you line up the manifold nicely to the block. before you put the bolts in, make sure the holes in the block are centered with the holes in the mani. This will make sure the runners line up with the intake ports nicely.

Thank you, I just don't feel like buying a crapload of hardware. I'd rather make one trip and get the correct sizes rather than drive back and forth to the hardware store.

Just left work and my car was doing some hardcore bucking! It died quite a few times. I stopped at a friend's place, no idea if it will even make it home.
Any ideas?
