we are gonna send it to a friend that is a GM tech and has proper tools to check and see whats wrong.

 

ok well thanks to the help of zeroskater coming by and bringing in an open mind that wasn't stressed. He figured it out, the wires that were spliced for the MAF cut through the electrical tape and were rubbing against each other causing the EXH fuse to blow and the car not running properly.

lets just say my car is sleeping in its corral instead of being in front of my house lol....
