2.4 to 2.0 Tranny Swap?

Having some major issues with my F23 transmission and the amount of torque i am putting down. What im curious is, how difficult would it be to swap a F35 onto the 2.4? If i can remember correctly the tranny itself will bolt up but the flywheel's will not swap due to the bolt patterns. I know axles would also have to be swapped etc.

basically im just curious if anyone has actually looked into this that could give me some info on what exactly needs to be swapped out here.

Trust me on this, you don't want to do it. The 2.0 tranny sucks as far as gear ratios go. I'm in the process of deciding to either get rid of the car or do the Quaife 6 speed conversion for the longer first gear and shorter second.

Not yet, but it's definitely beginning to slip. I drive alot of highway, so I'm going to hopefully get another 10k out of it if I'm lucky.
