I have seen one 2.4L SS that was in Burnt Orange on I-75 in Auburn Hills and one black one in Mt. Pleasant.

Other than that, I see tons of LS and LT's and a few SS S/C. A black SS S/C works at my building, and I've seen a red one. I have really only seen 2 RL's: one red and one black at Mongolian in Auburn Hills yesterday.

 

I've only seen one other n/a around me and a handfull of sc's. My uncle had only one na on his lot and it was loaded w/auto. They had to get my car from Cinci. It was the closest 5-speed that wasn't fully loaded. But i don't see to many on lots around here.

 

I live in the South Hills Area of Pittsburgh... and I have NEVER seen another 2.4SS. Ive seen ONE yellow SS/SC and that was parked at the Large bar on Rt. 51. All I ever see are LTs and base balts...

oh ok then, well if you ever see me in the turtle creek monroeville area im the red one and just look for the red painted chevy ties on front and back thats me

 

only 6 SS S/C on the great HI ISland of Oahu. Only one SS 2.4L coupe and one sedan. and the coupe is mine. The other is on the lot at JN chevrolet. Thats the only ones that i have seen. But there also marked up high as hell also. Paid 22000 with trade in. Dealership wanted 30000 for a S/C

 

I actually saw a girl driving an orange 2.4 in Turtle Creek on Saturday.

 

I've see more SS S/C on the road than SS N/A, but more SS N/A on the dealer lots than the SS S/C.

 

That other black 2.4 you see may be me. I drive around robinson and the rocks a lot. I noticed you bought yours from Crivelli. I was down there looking at a black 2.4 before, probably the one you bought.

 

That holds true in a sense by me, but I am starting to see lots of 2.4's on the road now...

The only SS ones I've seen around Pittsburgh were 3 different SS s/c's (all black), and 1 other SS n/a besides mine. Also black. Needless to say, Pittsburgh guys like our Cobalts in black. One of the s/c's is on this board, I've talked to him many times. The other one is in the shopping center in Bridgeville. Right out front. He works there I suppose. haha. Black with red interior. Then the other one is a guy who's girlfriend lives by me. He has a black s/c with an exhaust and red underglow. IMO it looks and sounds pretty descent. But he revs up so much. lol. It was funny, we met at a redlight the first time we saw eachother. He was on the other side of the street. I revved up, then he did too. Then we laughed. It was pretty cool. I gotta meet up with him someday. Then, the other n/a I saw either at the Wal-Mart at the Pointe or in Kennedy township. lol. Oh well. Just info from my point of view.

 

Haha that other 2.4 n/a is me. I live in Kennedy and work out at the Pointe. Quaker Steak and Lube restaurant. Thats odd though, I have yet too see your 2.4 n/a and only seen 1 s/c, it was red. I think that person works at the Lone Star right next to Quaker Steak, was parked next to mine, lol.

 

Now that I think about it I have yet to see a 2.4 SS on the road.

 

haha! That's some funny ****. I actually saw you, on the day I bought mine (down in McKees Rocks), driving past the Kennedy Wendys. lol. It was mid afternoon. haha! We'll have to meet up someday. Is yours auto or manual?

And no, the one you were looking at isn't mine. They had to order mine. The one down there I did drive though. The one down there is my car exactly except mine has the MP3 and Pioneer stuff. They ordered it in.

 

Mine is manual with all options. except for onstar and side airbags (not sure if those are even available on the 2.4)

 

I don't know if they are or not...

My car is yours but auto. I didn't want the auto...but we won't even go there.

Nothing yet, going to wait till spring to do anything.

 

Word. I just got a few minor things. Listed in my signature. I'm gonna get an intake in spring, paint my calipers, and maybe get some tint. Auto Effects has amazing tint...

 

I am going to be wanting a tint as well. I was thinking about a 20%. I went to total image on 60 and they said $250. If you know of any better places, please share where they are at

 

Saw another 2.4 - silver one in Forest Hills. Almost hit the front end of it too. Was going up hill, had to stop at a stop sign and the ******* pulled RIGHT on my back bumper.

 

my dad owns a chevy dealership here in utah, i work there also. We have gotten 2 SS 2.4L but out first 2.0L s/c is supposed to arrive here in the next few days. To bad its already sold and i wont even get to drive it argh!!

 

My firend got his Civic done at Auto Effects. A coupe. 2 doors are always cheaper. I think he said 150? I'll check for you. It looked amazing. I know a few guys who have/had their tint. 250 is more of a sedan price. That was around what it would've been for my Cadillac...lol.

 

im getting mine done at solar control in monroeville for $150 at 35% lifetime warranty and a whole strip on the back window instead of multiple strips and he tints over the dot matrix

 

Yeah, my man at Auto Effects does too. It looks bomb. I'm satill workin' on a price. I've been at work all day.
