I've had the multiple random misfire CEL on since I put the turbo on.

Try telling people that i've been running the same ebay turbo for 4 years. All they see is Ebay and that you didnt spend $1000 on a turbo.

Ebay parts are junk. Quality parts come from quality companies and vendors NOT cheap chinese brand knock offs.

lol let em hate guys..this is why i maid the thread..every1 wants to talk down to it but ive been running now for a few weeks and not one single problem with the turbo ..in fact..the worst part of my entire setup is by far the zzp mad sensor..and the zzp bov isnt all tha impressive(sometimes is a lil open at idle) but this dam map sensor..like its specifically maid for the le5..but by no means..does that little clip even come remotely close to fitting..i had to break one of the arms and drills 2 screws under it into the arms on the mani and zip tie that thing down ..it looks ricey and bothers me! ..but yeah my ebay turbo is holding up nicely ..i really havent beat on it yet bcuz im still breaking in my clutch but i got like 200 more miles to go and by then vince sould have my tune all dialed in

I'm running on the ZZP tune that came with the stage 2 kit. I'm going to get it dyno tuned and see how the spark plug reacts. It could be as simple as a tune to get rid of it. I think I'm going to get iridium NGK's the same heat range and see what happens.

I'm glad the turbo is holding up man. You feel the power increase yet?

The kit came with shitty Autolite plugs.. Haha I'll have to mess with it and get a tune and see what happens.

That's what my performance garage said after they drove it. It pulls so hard and definitely gets up and goes now haha. I don't regret buying the turbo for the LE5 at all. How much boost are you running? I have my boost turned all the way down since I'm still on stock bottom end and all.

Id get that misfire tracked down and taken care of before you have bigger problems. If you can feel it missing then a tune isnt going to fix it most of the time.. Have your tuner go over your logs and see if he can come up with why it's missing.

By each post that you make, you really do make yourself look more dumb each time. There are certain parts that do not need to be bought by a big name company. If your such a baller and buy the best parts start shopping at asm. Not ams, but if u want strictly quality parts. U can sell your entire car just to buy a set of coilovers

Yeah man ive been trying just really dont know what to check anymore .. Sometimes it will even go all out lean at like 21 and just hang out there(at idle) .. Ill usually give it a second and i can see it climb back down .. If not i give a lil gas and it levels out .. A few times i realized it happined as i had alot of **** on . Heat blasting defroster on radio loud lights bla blah .. And a while ago i moved around some relays trying to solve another problem (blew lighter fuze resulting in immobilizer) so mayb i still have a bad relat or something ? I def dont have a vac leak i put i smoked it like 3 times.. Really hoping its spark plug related or tuning.. Ive changed my plugs so many god d@@ times i hope i havent ruined and ignition coils pulling them in and out all the time..

I have mine gapped at .032 right now and I'm missing wayyyy more then I was before and they were gapped around .040. My coil packs are on their way out though so I'm going to see if new coil packs and a .035 gap will do the trick. Had this misfire since I put the turbo in.
