Not yet.

I got word from the port and polisher that the exhaust valve guides are shot. We are waiting for the guides and new exhaust valves to com in. I should have the head back by this weekend-early next week. So I will hopefully be up and running and tuned on the 9th.

But Im in no hurry; I kinda missed driving the truck and it gives me more opportunities to work on it getting it ready for my vacation to the river for a week for fishin, muddin, and good ol fashioned shenanigans and tomfoolery

Thanks, I do what I can. I wish I was able to do everything at work like the last few times, just didn't work out right. But Im happy with how it turned out.

I'm currently waiting on retune for the 2.6; My tuner is busy at work and he has a bunch of people lined up for tunes as well. On this, we have decided to take a bit of time with the tune, and go slow with it since Im sticking with the stock lower end on such a small pulley.
Sometime after the street tune is done, we are gonna dyno tune it if we get the chance and see how much playing around with the VVT we can get away with

nope
she is still kicking running on the 2.6" pulley

Bought a turbo kit for the camaro
keeping low boost on it, 6-8psi out of a .70cold/.96hot
figure that and 150shot, once I can get it to the track, should run some good numbers

As I bought it

cutting the front end

running brake lines

yup; 95Z LT1
wasn't bad at all
We spent a few months on it, and about a case of beer a night
here is link to all pictures
1995 Z28 Photos by Verbatim_0n_Ice | Photobucket

you need LS1 Kmember
repin LT1 body harness or LS1 engine harness
modify trans xmember

but we went full retard with mine, cut the **** out of it and made it look as clean as possible

The camaro isn't a daily driver friendly car; no HVAC box, badass racecar-**** rear suspension, TH400 trans
and drag radials suck ass when there is standing water and the back end is light

And I will never sell the balt
When the TVS gets sold, its getting replaced with a P&P m62 with a 2.8

I ended up selling the 3" dual exhaust and put the factory catback on it with the badmab and zzp 3"...I absolutely love it, its quite and the blower is LOUD

Well, little update

camaro weighed in at 3020; with 1/2tank fuel, 10lb bottle, misc interior nuts&bolts in the center console.
car will be getting a gutted&hole sawed 99 maro dash, still gotta pull out sound deadener, seamsealer, cutting up body harness more, hole sawed Kmember

cobalt, TVS will be getting sold off by the end of the month, getting a retune this sunday, and dyno soon...
400hp/tq is the goal...I have a lot of alky, leaded fuel, and e85-e97 that I can get ahold of...and a couple little VVT tricks

Got her tuned last night and tonight

Best we could do with the 10gph was the 15-18* range at 11.2-11.4 afr
After talking with 100%meth and trevor, we have decided to go to 20gph and see what she will do

pulls great, other than the 2-3 shift half the time; havent looked yet, but it feels either stretched cable or the factory clamps have started causing me problems...Apparently stock **** doesnt like to be NLS'ed

ended up trading a buddy for a 10gph+14gph nozzles
she aint fully tuned on it yet. started new career in august and work my ass off

Trans has been giving me a bunch of trouble, the massive amount of NLS's has finally hurt the internals i believe. I have a unmolested 24K mile trans ready to go in, just need to try to get 2 free hours to do the swap.

Camaro got a 10.95 at 122mph, 1.55 60' 6.95 in the 1/8
on a 125shot, only 14* timing, and 12.0 afr
-pcm pulled 10* instead of 6* and we were keeping it safe with the 12.0afr

I try every now and then.

Picked up a zzp adjustable clutch rod yesterday from a buddy that had very similar issues with his LSJ regarding the trans
His rod was bent, and with the countless NLS I have done since ive owned the car; It is quite possible that I have bent mine.
Just need to throw it in and beat the **** outta the car and see.

Hopefully I can have my bay open up tomorrow night so I can do it.
