I know this is a tad late, but I have the CA header, plus a XTC 2.5" de-cat downpipe and an ARK N2 cat-back and the setup sounds great. However, my setup is pretty damn loud, and due to the lack of the cat, it sounds a bit ricey, but I gotta admit, I kinda like the rice-esque sound, lol. No dyno sheets for me though, sorry.

So I just went and ordered the catback, I was told 2 weeks but then they said the same thing 2 months ago! Well I guess we'll see.
Which GMPP? Touring or Sport? I had the touring and it was almost too quiet - but after the Magnaflow with no resonator that was a BIG improvement! Sound is in the ear of the beholder, but I like the GMPP Touring better than most I've heard.

I'm going with the touring cause I WANT it to be quiet and make more power. I don't want too much sound.

And hows the new truck Lewis? Haven't seen you around in a while.

Probably, but they would have to fab a new manifold for you. The kit they have is set up for the 3 inch custom catback they made for it.

i'm thinking a couple more mpg's if you manage to stay out of the throttle since it will sound better now, and hopefully 10-12hp from that combo. let us know!

Love the new truck. Drove it to Oklahoma around the first of July and it did about 18 MPG for the entire trip. Not Cobalt territory, but for an L33 V8 with 330 HP, not bad at all.

I've been lurking on the board, but haven't had much to add lately.

I think the Touring is the best choice for tone, performance, and reasonable sound level. I liked mine. Let us know how you like it if you go that route.

And get rid of that wimpy wing and replace it with a big honkin' aluminum one that sticks at least three feet above the top of the car. That HAS to be worth 20 HP by itself!

And by all means, DON'T paint the body kit to match. That drops the HP.

Ohhh, and lights! Lots of neon and LEDs all over the thing. The light pushes the car through the air, don't you know!
