Do I need said computer since I can tune for it?
I'm assuming you are saying that I should change the FUEL filter after 500 miles?

I think the LE5 may need a different fuel pump too... Can't remember but I thought I remember reading that somewhere... Or maybe it was someone on the Jeep forums talking about it... What are you going to E85 for? Planning on doing a high-compression build? Playing with the timing? I hope you aren't doing it to try to "save" money on fuel, because it won't happen.

Definitely not trying to save money.
Going to be running stock compression on a high psi turbo build down the road. So I want to know what I need to swap out for e85 down the road.

Bigger injectors are a must. E85 needs around 40% more fuel. You will also need to be tuned. Getting a wideband to help with tuning would be a good idea as well. The stock fuel lines will support E85 so you don't have to replace them if you don't want to, however you should convert to a return style fuel system to ensure proper fueling if you are going to be running high boost.
Never heard of having to replace the air filter. Considering that the air filter has absolutely nothing to do with whether you are running E85 or not, you can just leave it alone. Replacing the fuel filter should be done though.

Not sure about 2.2 or other year 2.4's, but I've been told 07 2.4 ecm's have the capability to run e85 and adjust for every variation in between(e5, e10, e15, no ethanol, etc) automatically. Just need tune, large injectors, and sensor in tank to read ethanol content.
