Here's a 44lb'r I found for the 2.4 which they say bolts right up w/o a new harness.

http://www.cobaltperformanceparts.co...dex&cPath=2_75

EDIT: This may not work, however, as they are also showing it fit the 2.0. Bummer.

In the thread: "Help from the parts dept." Fr33k looked up the part# and said:

(Concerning GM part#12790827. )

Can anyone else with stock 2.0l injectors verify this part #?

First, Alpine's piggy-back computer controls both the additional injector AND ingition curve. You can't control the ignition curve to compensate for boost (i.e., back off the ignition timing as boost comes up) with the stock computer, even with HP Tune because the stock computer has no input for a boost signal.

As for the Garrett, take a good look at their system - it's pretty much a do-it-yourself pile of parts. Not a bad deal if you're really good at tuning the stock computer, but it still doesn't deal with ignition timing.

And going with larger injectors, while a good idea, means that you will need to tune for maximum boost/WOT. When not at WOT, it will be running really rich. Cat failure is common under those conditions (not to mention off-boost HP goes down, and mileage goes out the window).
