the WHP

Hey guys i wanna know the real horsepower from the 2.4L cuz it says 171 now is that from the crank or is that the wheel horespower??? if any one can help me plz do

its 3.5hp just a littllleeee less than my lawn mower. ha im just kidding. i have no idea. 171sounds right.

he's asking what's the stock WHP for the rating of 171 hp.

The rating should be Crank HP not WHP.

WHP should be 148 according to this neat lil calculator, there are more on the net.

when i dyno'd years ago when i first got the car, i hit 152 whp with a cai and exhaust (untuned).

145ish whp stock is ballpark for these.

Auto or stick? It'll be a very slight difference between the two. I dynod my car a while back with a GMPP intake and GMPP exhaust and hit 161whp so I dunno.
