Screw it. I'm just gonna go with 160 lbs/hr injectors, and an industrial pool pump in the trunk. It will idle at a 10:1 afr, but at WOT with a 2.6" on the TVS they will be at like 40% IDC
Then I'll spray 150 DRY shot...
and you will be the first cobalt jealous of a hummers gas mileage
I wouldnt dare put anything like this on my car yet, its not ready
I just want to see some real data from this and how good it really is, sure pics make me horny but its not doing the job good enough

Do you really think these testers are modding their cars to please you? They could care the **** less, or for anyone on this site for that matter.
They are testers because they wanted the TVS at a far cheaper price. Only people they could give two ***** about are the guys at Harrop and themselves.
Stop criticizing these guys about taking too long to tune, when you can't even tune a stock blower MAF setup. They are testers, they are testing.

Actually, it as ready as ever....hardware IS first class. It all about wether you have the brains to USE IT CORRECTLY
the way i see it....the car will last as long as you want it to...its all in how you drive it....chill out guys if you want results then do it yourselves or wait....i personally commend all these guys for actually TRYING...its more than i can say for most of you
The issue i had with the idc's doubling like they still are was maf related, when i ran in sd the car was fine.

With this much airflow, ******* something up is definetly not an option.
Taking a little longer than I had expected, but I refuse to nuke the block this early.
Wow i can not believe that all these people expect dynos number and track videos and time. Damn these guys are testing these on there own vehicles and dont wanna blow there **** and wanna do the **** right the first time. R&D takes time its not like you can throw a blower on your car just because it fits and expect the damn thing to run top notch. These guys are taking there time doing **** right the first time so in the long run all you guys that are stressing over number and **** dont blow up your damn cars. Now stop hassleing these guys and let them do what they were asked to do by harrop. Damn

Bring it to the track and blow your **** up! be a trooper! martyr!
I'm looking over my logs from earlier today on my way to work and comparing them with good airflow and o2 numbers from when I was on the dyno with the stock blower and it looks like my wideband might be off. Might have a leak in the weld but anyway, I'm going to narrowband tune it in PE, if narrowband drops below 900mV everything goes nuts (knock, EGT, accelleration, etc.).
I'll play with it tomorrow on my way home from work and keep narrowband above 900mV regardless what wideband says and see what happens.
The 3.34" pulley was tuned in a snap. Was only pushing 16-17psi boost though. It really liked my 2.8" M62 tune with a little tweak at the upper MAF cell.
With the 2.75", once I cross the 23psi mark, things get ugly.
