yea I was debating on getting it cuz I have k&n typhoon. No tuning probs with the ls4 tb

nope just little more touchy then the stock one, and you can tune that out if you would like to.

the intake for sure as it will lower the maf freq. but they are kinda a combo. i would get both if i were you

I don't think I'm with buying something from rebel after all the problems. Might be a custom intake LOL and I have a ls4 tb just not installed
