How it's supposed to be done.
It was raised earlier, but as I see an in-car piston swap; what did you do on the honing pattern of these 100K sleeves? Roundness still within tolerance??
(This is what keeps me from a simple piston swap...)

A simple ball hone to clean them up. Then checked with a bore gauge.

16thou warpage on the other head.
new head is on, with something special on top runnin the valves.

gm speced cams. in short, what bmw does with the M series engines. they find the best of the best and stick them on a shelf and use them for special purposes. in gm's case. the T/A and grand am series engines.

from what i gathered, they ran "stock" spec cams. if they were pulled and checked, they would come out to be within spec for stock cams you buy off the shelf. just on the larger side of spec sheet.
