Looks like I have absolutely no more wiggle room.

Isn't there a how-to for a gm 3 bar map sensor on here? Or should I just pick up a mechanical gauge?

Mechanical Gauge was one of my favorite mods. Did that back in 08 and never looked back.

Scale the maf for happy tuning.. and use a mechanical gauge if you need to know actual boost pressure

A nice Auto Meter is only $60 or so shipped on eBay. ihavethebestpriceperformance seems to be the best vendor to buy them from.

I got all my Auto Meter ES gauges from him. At my door 2 days after payment.

the computer nerd in me says its 8 bit, 0-255, not 1-256, so its probably 255 max

8-bit would be 256... 255 w/ 1 byte for parity.

To make a plate for the M112 like off a Cobra would be as wide as the motor lol. But a MP112 that"s no problem. The base of the MP112 is a lot narrower.

assuming there is a parity check...yes. But given how uncomplicated an electronic boost gauge is,i doubt there is one. Even if there was one, the parity byte would not be used to carry a boost signal, but as a parity check, so it would still max at 255 w/wo parity checking

Also explains my fuel level sensor calculating remaining fuel as a fraction of 255

It's always available... Magnuson still makes the mp90 & mp112. Give them a phone call, otherwise PM Euthanasia and see what he can get you one for.

This wasn't intended to be sold as a kit. It's more so a blower I got for relatively cheap and knew the right people to get it bolted on.

Now if you happen to pick up a mp90 or mp112, Euthanasia can make you an adapter plate. Course you'll need to PM him for that

you know guys, the mp90 is probably a direct swap with a regular m90, and we all know those are plentiful.

I can't really speak on the M90's behalf... tho unofficial testing on the "M90" in the past yielded negligent results.
