sorry still waiting on a dyno date i have called a left a message with the sho pbut he hasent called me back just yet!

Dyno date is set for the 5th of april! Dynojet at buttonwillow! that way the numbers can be closer to everyone else!

 

how is tuning comeing man!

 

Lots of power on the top end! I have 9.9:1 air/fuel still at 6600 rpm but Im getting it to be better! The procharger boost is over the primary VE map at 267kPa and it still tuning ok. juts need to trim up the primary VE and should be good to go! Also just for discussion.

Im only running my 60 lbs injectors to 55 % at 21 psi of boost and its a 9.9-10.2 air/fuel.
Anyone know why? I think it may be from the 2.4l intake manifold? Anone have thoughts on this?

I reset my wideband and double checked it! just to make sure the readings are dead on!

 

yeah on the innovative you have recommended times to reset the device for proper tuning.

But untill then I had problems with the bwoody solid mounts and false knock so the numbers after 5800 are no good do to the knock taking my timing!

And my hptuners box tuck a crap on me early in the week so I had to dyno the way it was!
Im a little upset because of it but its still a good number for the problems in the tune and mounts!

Dude if your getting false knock then your timing is getting killed and that will kill the numbers!

That being said i bet the numbers are horrible up top from the timing being pulled from the knock!

it probably is gonna be like the twin screw numbers.. awesome up until like 4500 then it dies off cuz of massive knock and timing reduction

yep you can have the best setup but if the tune is off then it wont make the power you are looking for...
