First I've bought a log style turbo manifold for the 2.2 ecotec, from ebay. I've found a T4 turbo with a 104 exhaust trim, but my suggestion for that setup, buy a ball bearing turbo, got many **** with my no ball bearings turbo.
I've build my entire charge pipe with 2.5'' Galvanized steel, 3'' for the air intake and the exhaust downpipe...

Only one advice, I have a adjustable fuel pressure regulator, my 650cc injector at 28 psi have approx 68psi of fuel pressure, far from stock pressure
75% injector duty cycle at full boost!

I'm looking into doing this as well. I have everything I need from a turbo kit form my last car.
Only thing I'm unsure about is what to use to ensure the SC bypass valve opens at a certain boost so that it's just the turbo working.

Its in the tune. There are two boost reduction tables. One for 1st gear and one for all other gears. The table starts at 4000rpms. Set the tables to 95, 50, 25, 0, 0, 0, etc
