got my 3rd gen projectors today thanks to a local memeber (Neutirno) thanks again richard.

here are some crappy cell phone pics, just got em in tonite, note the blue leds have been un wired due to manitobas gay blue light law.

never seen them on a red balt. i must say, looks nice.

Another item I've been wanting to buy. It'll be another month or so before I can afford some new headlights. Those look really nice though. I do however, want to get ones with the chrome housing instead of black - but yours look badass.

 

I have the same one's in my orange ss. They are by far the best looking projectors out of all 3 gens

I just got the same lights for my ss/sc. how did you run the wiring? i read multiple how to's and none mention how to wire the reds? just the white to brown and the black to black. appreciate any advice!

 

thoes look good. do they come with bulbs> can u use the stock bulbs how hard was the install and aiming/.

 

To be honest the guy before me had all the wireing done so PM him

 

the install is pretty easy and if u plan on getting them i can show you how i have mine wired up man just PM me

Project, looks good! How come the LEDs are unwired? Did Neutrino change them to blue? Or are the cops that picky that they can't tell white from blue? Did you put the LEDs on a switch then?

 

Hey guys, I don't meam to tread jack. I was wondering if you guys could post up pics of Gen 1, Gen 2 and Gen 3 Projectors for peeps to compare. I have the first gen I think, but I pulled them out a couple of months after installing them because the Halos burnt out.

PS the new lights look sweet. The car looks good.

Yah they can't tell white from blue. Maj (Ryan) got a ticket for having "blue" headlights even though they are white, I think 6000k. It's not even worth it in winnipeg to take the chance.

 

Actually, 6000K is in on the "Blue" spectrum more then the white. You'de have to bump to 5000K to actually be white. I think Ryan got the ticket the night i left the Peg? Or one of the immediately following nights anyway. I read about it in the Peg thread.
I seen a few staring me down while i was there hangin with you guys, probably cuz i wasn't wearing a front plate either.
This car does attract some attention, wanted and unwanted. Oh well, all you guys should just move to Sask!

could u take some pics from a diffrent angle more of a fton side angel, so i can see the side and front, i wanna try and edit some eye lids on to see if they woudl block the projectors, i have been thinking about getting them but i want to keep eye lids w/out intefearing with the lights

 

Yes, and yea, he's in Saskatoon now. With a bunch of the other Cobalt guys, working across the street; or just down from Omega 5 if i'm right...
