9007 and 9007-3 difference or not?
9007 and 9007-3 difference or not?
so im looking ot buy an hid kit and my friend said to get these http://www.vvme.com/product/detail-20022.html only problem is it has 9007-3 bulbs..will this fit or no?
Good luck, hope your kit works because mine is sure as hell didn't. Customer service is HORRIBLE, chinese people type to you over MSN with broken English and don't have ANY help what so ever, to troubleshoot the problems they tell you this
"Please check the Polarity, you may need to reverse the wires (Positive and Ground) to test it. Disable the Day Running Light, then exchange each part to make sure which part is defective."
Honestly, there is no way to reverse the polarities since the plugs only fit one way. DRLs on my car are the parking lights so that's definitely not an issue. When I asked for a wiring diagram, they emailed me the following picture.

So much for the wiring diagram... just hope your kit works else they'll tell you to go to a local professional for repair and if you ask them to warranty the part they'll make you ship the item back to China with your out of pocket money and have about 1-2 weeks of down time until you get a replacement part.
OH yeah, almost forgot the issue I had with the kit, it doesn't switch from Lo-beam to Hi-beam, the light output stays the same and the bulb doesn't move the way it was designed to.

ya i'll get around ot it one day..im just sick of buying the cheap low output bulbs and seeing nothing lol besides im so low that most cars look like htey have highbeams on but its just their lowbeams..so w/e its my attack back haha, although yea i know the frustration..and yea my buddy has bought a few of these kits before he likes them and have worked great so i'll see wha the does ..i was reading you have to pull the 2 wire appart from each other and swap them around but dunno try that
I am interested in the vvme.com HID kit as well. is it easy to install? I know its plug and play. from what i read so far in this thread, they seem like there not worth the buy. If you got the kit hows it working thus far?
