Bowtie overlay vs painted bowtie

hey where does one find a black overlay vinyl for the front and rear bowties? i cant seem to find them anywhere?

I'd vote paint it, the vinyl is alright, I have it on my emblem which is now off the car, but it just feels, wrong, like I know theres little imperfections and bubbles, but no one else noticed, but it bothered me haha

i took off the rear one and vinyl wrapped the front one in black and used houseofgrafx.com for the black ss and it looks great check my pics if ya wanna see em

you do know the gold emblem comes off of the chrome background. It's held up only with double sided tape. I painted my background red and the front black.
