I TRIED GETTING A LOT OF PARTS OFF OF HIS CAR THEY TOLD HIM IT WAS APPRAISED AS IT THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE WILLING TO SWAP THE WING IS BECAUSE HE SAID HE PUT IT ON THERE, THEY TOLD HIM IF HE PUTS THE OLD ONE (MINE/LOW RISE) BACK ON HE CAN HAVE THE HIGH-RISE.

As soon as the insurance company totals it and writes you a cheque, they own it, along with anything (wheels, tires, head unit, body kit) installed on the car. If you want to keep your aftermarket stuff you need to let them know before they make a final settlement....but they may reduce the value of the car so you may not be any further ahead.

yes he already agreed and told them what was his, he is just going to pick the stuff up and told them that he put that wing on there it came with the lowrise (mine) and was going to swap them,

I LIKE THE HIGH RISE BUT I HEARD IT WOBBLES ON THE HIGHWAY

wobbles makes it sound serious...doesn't make noise or anything like that. Not like it shakes it enough where it will break it.
