I'm gonna unhook the "Fancy Stuff" (halos and side bars) cause I just want the projector look and try applying extra clear coat and clear sealant to see if I can reinforce my investment. We'll see if it works.

LOL...at least let the halos and eyebrow work. You never know...they might last a long time...wait to cut them until something goes wrong. If you wanted just the projector look, you should have done retros...might have saved you some money.

Too Late (I mean for doing the retros) I'm supposed to get the projectors next wednesday. And I'll unbiasly try to look at the halos before I disconnect them. I might like them but I don't like any of the pics I've seen of them on other ppl's cars but who knows???

Noo!!! Keep them connected. 2nd generation has CCFL technology. One look at them at night...sex...that's all you're going to say!

iv had my gen 2 halos for about 6months or so now and havnt had a single problem no cracks no lights going out etc...

Can someone direct me to a reliable HID kit on ebay? and bulbs, sorry I would normally do it myself but I have no idea at all what im looking at

2nd gen ccfl's are said to last 4x longer than and LED's Projectors Halo lights...
