Fixing Paint Chips

I was crusin on the interstate yesterday afternoon and I was going to pass a semi...he had a bunch of mud and crap flying off his truck. Anyways, when I got home I noticed two small paint chips on my hood...they were not there before I met up with this truck. My question is, what is the best way to go about removing these paint chips?
