ya, they sent u the wrong one. I don't even think the one on the left are bi-xenon. Did you make sure you bought a Bi-Xenon bulb? you may have just ordered a low beam only bulb. Go back and check your purchase to make sure. Next time, just go somewhere like ddm tuning for bulbs. Ebay can just be too shady sometimes, especially on hid kits and parts.

Edit: actually, now that I look at it, it kinda looks like an H11 like we use in the fogs. Maybe I'm just mistaken though

Your bulb (right) is a high/low bulb (low beam is HID, High beam is a seperate halogen). The bulb you orderd (left) looks to be either a Bi-Xenon bulb (High and low are HID) or Xenon HID (low beam is HID and there is NO high beam).

So you can either order another High/Low one like you have...or order another Bi-Xenon or Xenon one depending on which one the one you ordered is so they match.

Sandman is quite right - the one on the right is a 9007-2 - hid low, halogen high.

9007 (no dash number) is hid low beam only, 9007-3 is hid high and low with the bulb moving to switch over, 9007-4 has 2 hid bulbs on one base.

Not sure what number they sent you but the one on the left will be low beam only. Different makers will use different style adapter bases sometimes so it might fit in your light (in which case it is a 9007) but of course you won't have high beam on that side.

.
the one on the right looks like only 9007 because someone gave a bi xenon one and they are longer and thicker in the back, due to they have a little switch or engine that will switch from low to high beams by pulling it to the back.

mines look like this ones
