Idea for graphics

i own a black cobalt ss 2010 model and im thinking of doing an OBEY theme on it, i got a couple pictures i really like and was wondering if anyone here knows of a great graphics shop that does good custom work. i dunno if i wanna do color or just a black and white thing. personally i think these would look awesome on a red car but i dunno id really like your opinions

and on the inside im thinking have a few randomly placed OBEY things, like painting it on my shift knob or something

what do you guys think?

I'm not too sure about the placement of them or shops around you who could do them. I have a local shop that's great with custom vinyl graphics. Me personally the only vinyl I've ever had on my car were the fender stripes but those have since come off.

If you really like them and want them I say call a few shops and get a quote then go for it. But good luck getting people on your side. A lot of people here think graphics are rice so.

please don't do any vinyl, but what kind of car do you have? i mean you could tint the windows, de-badge the trunk, paint the front chevy emblem, tint the tail lights, do front "evo" mod if you have a SS, do a shorty antenna.. it all depends what you want and what your definition of "cooler" is

i'll just throw this in here too.... https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/appe...ds-list-83017/

no offense but i really, really, really hope you're joking. personally if you do that you are going to get laughed at more times than you'll be able to count. i've seen cobalts with vinyl and i've been one of those guys that laughs, if they're tasteful graphics that's one thing but you're trying to put a picture of a girl with a gun on the side of your car that has no other mods done... just dont do it

no i just paid my car off i love it and im keeping it forever and will give to my children (when i have some, hopefully a boy) so im not worried about trade-in value and ill be retired and driving a '69 stingray with a big block and it will be most awesome. but the question is will it hold up after clearcoat if you dont mind me asking? im trying to borrow off experience as my automotive experience is very limited. ive seen guys do great things with brush paint (house stuff) would i have to go panel by panel and fully strip or could i "add" it to the existing color

i just don't understand your thinking... maybe it's because i'm an engineer but so you want to do something now so when your kids have it they will be laughed at? personally it looks fine the way it is so just leave it

i think it would look cool with the whole car done up that way i just wanted something kinda original after seeing the sweet stuff the sharpie guy did to his cars id really like to do something to spruce mine up on the outside and make it my own i guess. the whiteout may be a bit ridiculous but like a model paint set maybe?

Look man use your head, IF you put white out all over your car it's going to look like some jizzed all over it.
If you want to **** around with some non permanent graphics then make some stencils and plasti dip them

Dont use model paint man, I'm telling you make stencils and plasti dip them. You can peel plasti dip off, which is what you will be doing as soon as you see how fucked your car looks
