both the outer led's and the inner led's are on right? also when im driving at night both the outer and inner led's will be lit up.

correct?

for your information I don't even have them but I've been doing so much research I'm 99% sure..... Yes they are both lit up. the inner and the outer at the same time constantly. They work just as your regular stock brakes would just with inner and outer.

The only thing that i'm not 99 on is the question. Do you have to wire the inner lights/piggy back them for power off of the outer lights?

idk about that
i believe there plug and play?
but how would the power get to the iner lights if there on all the time?
like ive seen videos when the car is turned on and all the lights are on
and i guess they get brighter when the brakes are on?

When you install the IPCW LED taillights they come with the wiring to the inner lights. You have to run the wiring from the outer tailights to the original wiring loom and bring them up into the trunk lid and connect them to the inner lights. Your original wiring is used to connect the outer lights -- you just take out the bulb and the outer light connecter goes into the bulb socket. It is fairly easy. the original back up light bulbs/sockets fit into the center of the inner lights like factory.

All 4 lights are on when the headllights are on, all 4 light up when you brake; when you use the turn signal both lights on the side you select blink, and when you use the flashers all 4 lights flash.

Instructions are not very good...best if you have a little basic car knowledge...but not difficult.

Its extremely simple guys. You can't **** it up. The outers plug into your lighting harness, and the lights come with the wiring (male/female connectors) to tie the outers to the inners. No electrical know how is really required. Unplug, and plug in.

Here's some pics after install, and a vid on what the lights look like.

alright i think i understand how do do it
you plug and play them like normal
than theres a conector wire from the outer you connect one end to that to the outer than run the other end like you have yours up the trunk to the inner and plug that other end into the wire coming out of the inner light

correct?

yea i saw your post yesterday and was trying to find it today

these tail lights look sick and i deff want to get them
idc how the inners stick out a little bit. they stick out to show the black around them which i think is cool

i might be doing the LED third brake light too
trying to get these tails for the holidays
hopefully i will
that would be awesome if i do

i see you have the led third brake light too. how exactly do you hook the one up from modern performance
i want to get it

You are correct with your first statement, and the CHMSL is easy too. Take it apart, pull the bulbs out of it, plug MPCs plugs into where the outer bulbs were, pull the adhesive off the strip, and stick it to the parts of the CHMSL that stick out, and reassemble.

gotcha. so you take off those two bolts than the sillver piece comes off and you see the wire and just unplug it
do you have to pull the light off the board like is it glued on? o does it just clip in?

Contact Modern Performance and ask them if they would send you the instructions on how to install them.

From their site:

Installation is simple, theres no wiring to cut, no wiring to solder. You merely seperate the lense from the reflector backing of the factory third brake light, and affix this led board into the stock third brake light with industrial grade double sided tape (provided). It then plugs into your factory wiring like a regular bulb would. Total installation time should not be any longer than 1.5 hours at most, with only a box cutter, or knife, socket set needed.

Anybody have some really interesting/differnt custom light set-ups? I've seen one or two sets with lights added to the center. Anything else though? I'm looking for inspiration to do something new.
