Need touch up paint, NOT spray paint.
Need touch up paint, NOT spray paint.
So I have some war wounds from the road.
I have a couple chips outta my paint, prolly from rocks or whatever.
Anyway, I need some color matched touch up paint.
I asked at autozone and they said the lil tubes they carry are only guarenteed to be within two shades. That could be 2 shades lighter or 2 shades darker.
I have a black 05 base model.
Wicked thanks for any help.

go to the appearance section and on the top of the page it shows a link for GM color matched paint... also, walmart has little bottles of touch up paint for GM cars... other than that, idk what to tell ya bro
However I search stuff and READ stuff before I post.
The link you refer to is for rattle cans.
I believe the thread title says I dont want spray paint.
Thanks though.
just my 2 cents

You can get touchup paint that comes with a brush from your dealer, just tell them the Paint code. Most of the Cobalts colors are not available at Wal-Mart/AutoZone/Etc. the only color i've been able to find is Vic. Red, but that is b/c its a 50yr old color
IDK, they might carry black tho
P.S. are you coming to the Columbus, OH meet on the 19th? https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/mid-east-58/official-ohio-spring-meet-april-19th-2008-a-91823/ supposed to have over 75cars!!

GM (not the dealer) actually sent me a touch up paint pen, some little yellow pad with holes in it, (not sure what it's for), and a bunch of coupons for cheap maintenance, stuff like that.
So, yeah, go to the dealer.
