I have a sunburst orange ls coupe and i am going to tint out the tail lights with some nite shades that just came in today. However i am debating on the tail lights with the reverse lights. I dont know if i should just do the entire thing like the others or mask off the reverse light circle and do the rest. Let me know what ya think.

Ill post some pics a little later today but just to for warn ya they wont be the greatest cuz i dont have a digital camera on hand so ill have to use my cell phones

 

This pic doesnt do the lights justice, they are alot darker but the car was in direct sunlight and my cell camera likes to brighten images

 

here is a good before and after for you. Also this pic will kinda give you an idea of how much darker the lights should be because the before pic was taken in the shade and the after in direct sunlight and you can tell the difference in the body color alone also the before was taken with a digital camera and the after with a camera phone

they are darker than that ill try and take a different pic today that isnt in the direct sunlight also when u see that pic they could be darker but it isnt recommended to go beyond 3 coats so i didnt

 

Im not feeling the tint thing but if your going to do it tint the whole light.

 

i didnt tint the whole thing b/c i have green reverse lights that wont shine through the tint. I think on my black cobalt with the chrome lip and silver pinstripe the white circle looks better shopwing.... on your orange balt the whole light deffinatly looks better

just looking at the car today and wondered what you guys think about the 3rd brake light if i should do that or not too cuz in my opinion it looks a little out of place

 

i did my 3rd brake and side markers

 

I did the side markers originally but not the 3rd brake light. I did that tonight but its fucked up cuz the clear for some reason kept drying a foggy white and i sanded some of it off and then thru another coat of the tint on and now there a divits that look like crap. Any advise on how to strip everything off so i can start from scratch

 

Ahh, there's the pics I was looking for earlier to when I PM'd you. Not bad...I was thinking about leaving the clear reverse light clear as well.
