Paint Discoloring issues

I have this paint issue on the back of my car. Its only on the rear end. But its very small and it looks rust, but i was told its not. Its on a yellow car so they show up really well. If I scrub really hard on a small area it will come off. But it takes alot and there everywhere on the rear end of my car.

But i was wondering if there is any kind of cleaner that will take off those small spots.

Does anyone know what its caused from? and how to stop it.

Sir, you need to claybar your car!

I have a summit whitecar, if you think the orange loks bad on yellow think about it on white!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! x 5

I though it was too and I bought a little claybar kit (clay, deatailer, wax) from pepboys and BAM 4 hours later it looked like new again. Here is a how to for this: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/how-guide-43/how-clay-bar-your-car-52850/

I have had my car for ~2.5 years and never did this, prolly why it took me ~4-5 hrs. My car looks amazing now, just like when I saw it on the lot. I don't know exactly what causes it, is assume its small things getting stuck in the paint?
