paint hubbies

okay, i was thinking of painting my hub capps flat black yes i did use the Search button, im looking for some tips on doing it,,,,if someone does find a thread GREAT and thanks for being better at searching then ME.....do i sand/scuff then clear coat then paint and what kind of paint should i use on them TY!

sand/scuff, paint made for plastic since thats what they are 2 to 3 light coats or as desired and 2 to 3 light coats of clear to make then last and shiney. im pretty sure thats how it goes. but just look up how to do the interior trim and its pretty much the same steps since they are both plastic. good luck

do i do a clear cost b4 i use the paint tho?

rims=cash college=no cash

did that JET MAF help you at all i was looking at getting it

That would be me with a silver balt with painted hubs. GO GLOSS. Duplicolor high performance wheel paint and gloss clear coat.
