People who painted their wheels

Was wondering for the people that painted their wheels if anyone used caliper paint to do it.

I was thinking about it and thought it would bond better than just regular paint, anythoughts?

Caliper paint is just a higher temp resistant paint, wheels don't need it. I guess it would work...

I used real automotive base clean on my wifes. Sand blasted them, epoxy primed, and painted
